Welcome to Inner Light Ritual (operated by Dr. Sowjnya Vasista). By visiting our website and registering for the Crystal Healing Certification workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration or using our services.

1. General & Business Information

The website is owned and operated by Dr. Sowjnya Vasista, an independent holistic psychologist, reiki master, and energy healer. All communications, services, and transactions are legally governed by the entity registered as Dr. Sowjnya Vasista, located in Bangalore, India.

2. Workshop Registration & Booking

Your registration for the 2-Day Live Online Crystal Healing Certification Workshop (July 20 & 21, 2026) is individual and non-transferable unless explicitly approved by us. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current contact details (Name, WhatsApp number, and Email Address) during registration. Incomplete or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of access without a refund.

3. Payments, Fees & Charges

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in full before the workshop begins. We accept online payments processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Any extra transaction fees, convenience fees, or taxes levied by the payment processor or government are to be borne by the customer as indicated during checkout.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided during the course, including workbook PDFs, guides, digital resources, slides, videos, and live instruction recordings, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Sowjnya Vasista and Inner Light Ritual. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access these materials. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, reselling, or using our materials for commercial teaching purposes without our express written consent.

5. Disclaimer & Health Warning

Dr. Sowjnya Vasista is a Holistic Psychologist and Energy Healer. The principles, practices, and teachings shared in this Crystal Healing Certification are complementary and spiritual in nature. They do not constitute professional medical, psychiatric, or physical diagnostic treatment. You should not use crystal healing to replace prescribed medical care. Results from energy practices can vary from person to person, and we make no guarantees regarding specific health, spiritual, or psychological outcomes.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional environment for all students during live sessions. Any form of harassment, spamming, recording without consent, sharing offensive material, or disruptive behavior during the Zoom sessions will result in immediate removal from the workshop and revocation of access to all course resources, with no refund.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, website usage, or the workshop registration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
