Payment & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Inner Light Ritual. Please read our Payment and Cancellation rules carefully before completing your registration. By purchasing a ticket or seat for the 2-Day Live Online Crystal Healing Certification Workshop (July 20 & 21, 2026), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

Because seats for our live workshops are strictly limited, and because immediate digital bonuses, materials, and prep resources are automatically delivered to your WhatsApp and email address upon registration, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Once you purchase your registration, we allocate resources and restrict the seat from other potential attendees. We do not provide cash refunds, partial refunds, or credit refunds under any circumstances if you change your mind or are unable to attend the live sessions.

2. Exceptional Circumstances & Duplicate Payments

We stand strictly by our non-refundable policy. However, the following exceptions are handled as follows:

• Duplicate/Erroneous Payments: If you were charged twice for a single registration due to a technical error or page reload, please contact us at innerlightritual.business@gmail.com within 24 hours of the payment. Once verified, the duplicate transaction will be refunded in full.
• Workshop Postponement or Cancellation: If Inner Light Ritual cancels or postpones the workshop due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you immediately. You will be given the option to transfer your seat to the rescheduled dates or receive a 100% refund of the ticket price paid.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

In the event that a refund is approved under one of the exceptional circumstances outlined in Section 2, the refund will be initiated back to your original payment method. The refund will be processed and credited to your original account (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, in alignment with banking and Razorpay transaction settlement timelines.

4. Batch Transfers & Rescheduling Requests

If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency, you must notify us via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the start of Day 1 (i.e. by July 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM IST). The organizer (Dr. Sowjnya Vasista) may, at her sole discretion, offer you a transfer to a future cohort. Transfers are not a legal right and are only offered under genuine verified emergencies.
