This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how course access links and digital materials are delivered to you upon registering for the 2-Day Live Online Crystal Healing Certification Workshop.

1. Digital & Online Nature of Service

The Crystal Healing Certification is a 100% digital, online live workshop. There are no physical books, tools, kits, or items shipped to a physical address. Consequently, no shipping rates, shipping courier details, or physical tracking numbers apply to this service.

2. Delivery Mechanisms & Timelines

Upon completing your payment and registration through Razorpay:

• Immediate Digital Confirmation: You will receive an automated transaction confirmation and WhatsApp notification showing that your payment was successful.
• Digital Bonuses & Preparation Materials: The promised course preparation guides and digital bonuses (worth ₹2,000+) will be delivered to your registered email and WhatsApp number within 24 hours of successful registration.
• Zoom Access Credentials: The link to join the live online sessions will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the session start time (July 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM IST).

3. Non-Delivery & Troubleshooting

If you do not receive your confirmation email, bonuses, or Zoom access details within the timelines specified in Section 2, please check your Spam/Junk mail folders first.
